Is this obstructionism exclusive to the Dems? Definitely not. But right now it's their turn to be the obstructionists, and if they keep this up, they'll retain this role for years to come.

It could well be true.......I think there is little incentive for the Dems to work with the administration. To get people's cooperation, you need to provide some incentive or they tend to argue with you 24/7.
