The inspectors also said that there is NO EVIDENCE of a nuclear program in Iraq

That's isn't PRECISELY what was said. He has said THEY HAVE FOUND no evidence. Big Surprise. Iraq hasn't made the required disclosure. As Bush put it, the inspectors are engaged in a scavenger hunt. Ridiculous. Inspections are not designed to ferret out WMD. It was never the intent. Idiot liberals like Susan Sarandon say, "give the inspections time to work", but they are too damned stupid to understand that they will NEVER work until Iraq decides to make a full disclosure.

There is tons of evidence that there was a nuclear program in Iraq, and no evidence that the whole thing has been dismantled. Also there is some direct evidence of a nuclear program in Iraq.
