Do you support the African AIDS initiative with your tax dollars or would you feel better if it was a "faith-based initiative" and what do you think about the Feds setting up a mentoring program?

Not to worry.... Your old compassionate conservative will veto the funds if the bills reach his desk but De Lay per plan will never let them get there.
