Bush is in charge...... He has the prestigous address, he has the embroidered shirts, and he gets to sleep in the double bed at Camp David. Bush could be in charge, if he ever had contact with anyone but his little pool of Rasputins who tell him what to say, where to ride, and when to go on vacation again. That's why he mispeaks so much, it's all memorised. Everything is in place for him to be in charge except that he likes being told what to do, and to have them all pat him on the back and tell him how great he was. He may even think that he came up with some of the things all by himself. Whenever he begins to think he's in charge then they send him back to camp david and put Rumsfeld on TV.
