CSCO play getting in the limelight now so wouldn't be surprised to see a rally into it starting mid-day Tuesday. What i am looking for as a death knell for techs is when a CSCO or a Dell can NOT lift all boats. Dell, for instance, is showing signs that it will survive as other around will perish, same for CSCO. Once people start seeing that only a relative few will survive the lift all boats phenomenon should fade.Max overall we had a 'silly' rollercoaster end of month, end of week day.
