Bush is in the process of trying to buy millions of votes. he wont cut much of any spending except as I said to help his pals, cutting EPA enforcement and so forth. GOP calls for smaller government and less spending are so much BS. In a sense, tax cuts themselves are spending. Meaning less revenues. The question is do the tax cuts stimulate the economy right away? I doubt it. So far not at all.
