But they do not have ICBM capable of reaching us. That is a fallacy put out there by SDI lobbyists. They probably can reach Alaska. That is reaching us. They can easily reach Japan. Also they are working on longer range missiles. It takes years to get even a small SDI program operational. We have to start working now to defend what they will have 10 or more years from now. Can you can tell me that neither they nor any other nuclear armed potential enemy will have ICBMs for the next 10 or 15 years? Tim
