War would be especially hell if the other side has nukes made with those tubes. Do you want to bet your life on it? You are totally out on a limb. These are the fear tactics that have gripped and paralized the US under Bush. It's how he ensures re-election. Keep folks gripped in fear and no one will notice that the country is going to hell economically. By the time he is out of office, the deficit will be galactic in size.
