It is a difficult argument to make that Israel should comply with any UN Resolution when the Palestinians and many Arab countries do not comply with the original resolution regarding Israel - General Assembly Resolution 181.

When the Palestinians and all Arab countries comply with the first UN Resolution regarding Israel, then perhaps there is a point to be made. But when this happens, all other resolutions will probably be moot.
