I kept looking for this quote from our fine governor -- couldn't find it so let me relate what I heard -- I was finishing breakfast this morning and my asked me if I had heard the "horrible" things our governmor had said to those in education -- as he was fixing to cut the budget (he couldn't get the legislators to free him to borrow against a tobacco settlement quickly enough). I listened in just long enough to hear him say in his defense ... "It's not like we are the federal government. We can't just start up the printing presses ..." I about spewed my coffee all over the floor. Recognition wave is on the way. everyone is about to realize this "soft spot" is neither and has nothing to do with war jitters <ng>
