Texas has a 10 billion shortfall after benefiting from the energy crisis and sweetheart deals from Bush and Delay. And they have amongst the worst records on education, health care, environment, poverty, teen crime and general quality of life. Where'd all the money go? And how's the State Pension Fund GW privatized to his buddies in exchange for a share of the Texas Rangers baseball team doing this year? And why can't you breathe the air in Houston? Oil's at $34 a barrel and Texas is broke? Gee, who's to blame for that? Maybe the last governor and his hand-picked successor?
