You see, that would be the kind of bizarre leap of logic I would expect. I see no connection between Sadam and 9/11 and you ask me if I think he is a pussycat. Go figure. What an amazing leap to make. I think he will murder anyone to keep in power- like many dictators in the world. I think he is a very very naughty bad man, and not a pussycat. However, I don't think he is a very credible threat to us at the moment. There are other greater threats, and focusing on him weakens us. It weakens us by siphoning off our resources, and it weakens us to expend our good will in trying to "go it alone" to get him. He may be a bad man, but he isn't worth the effort. There are other bad men out there, and some of them DO pose a credible threat to us. IMO we should focus our resources where they are needed.
