Webster, Yes it is about money and power. We have it and we want to maintain it. The capitalist system at work. It has been going on for centuries. As far as the contracts go. I think that France and America will come to some mutual agreement. The French know that they are SOL on this one. We will go in With or without their blessings. A third of a pie is better than no pie. The French might try to bargain this if it comes to a second U.N. vote. Fix
