Not exactly ... If you read carefully, you'll note demand for disclosure, not condemnation. The primary disease of our Republic is secrecy and deceit of public officials, through manifold means. It's certainly wonderful for anyone to be Israeli, Indian, Paki or etc. nationality... Just not in the policy-making apparatus of the Executive Branch, paid for by your tax dollars and mine. See the difference? Think about it - where would you prefer the sworn loyalties of your public servants to lie, with the US, or with another country? A bit of obvious common sense is sometimes difficult to arrive at, after being subjected to such a high noise level on these issues for so many years.
