Texas has a 12 billion deficit as I just posted from CBS. It's not my estimate it's theirs. I had read 10 billion in a newspaper but that's just a round number. Whatever the case, there's no excuse for Bush's hand-picked governor to be running such a terrible deficits. Texas was the state where the California energy gouging money went. But maybe it kept on going into the Cayman Islands. Texans cheat the State of Texas too I guess. Corruption central these days. It's considered very respectable to be a white collar criminal there during the Bush era. And if Kenny Lay can get away with it, who can't?
