i just heard that another shuttle flight was scheduled for mar 1 to return 3 of the space station astronauts

I remember seeing an interview with a mid level engineer at Morton Thiocol right after the Challenger and he looked as if the weight of the entire world was on his shoulders and he was personally at fault for everything that happened. I suspect every person involved feels that same pressure after an incident like this.

The astronaut's families and everyone involved will be in my thoughts. It will be a tough time going forward I'm sure.
