Q4 GDP rvisions will be downward, toward near 0% flat
one horrendous trait of deflationary times is the reduction in MZM money supply
I think we might see it
despite all the Fed Monetization efforts
"like urging back the tide" !!!

nothing in the economic world is as powerful as a speculative mania on the upside...

AND A KONDRATIEFF WINTER ON THE DOWNSIDE

it will certainly be interesting when all the economists (except Roach) talk about respectable econ recovery, when the recession hits this spring and summer
it will be led by the dollar decline, rising energy costs, continued debt liquidation, and job losses, not to mention the stark reality of household debt suffocation

the big mistakes by economists in the last six months have been, each anticipated and discussed repeatedly here:

- widening trade gap despite falling dollar
- foreign economies weakening more than US
- continued job losses to sustain productivity

NEXT COMES THE TERRIBLE FURY OF THE USDOLLAR DECLINE VICIOUS CIRCLE
