Did any of the astronauts do a walk-around to inspect potential damage?

They seem to be focusing on the left wing, if news reports are to be believed...

That don't answer the question, Did the Crew or at
least the Captain know about the left wing debris,
on Launch OR was he left in the dark ?

I can't get an answer yet.

AND I don't give a shit about "it was only foam."
I heard that to, but I have no reason to believe it.
I have my own personal reasons for asking.
