I'm sure it was. NASA is a quality outfit and we have reason to be proud of them and their people. I had to try and explain this to my 4 year old son today. The first time he and I talked about death was right after I bought him a Johnny Unitas doll to go with his Brett Favre. Three days later Johnny died. Normally I would have avoided this issue but it was on our TV all day so I had to say something. He now wants to know when I plan to die
