<< THere are people in other countries that are worse off..............why aren't we after their dictators? >> Be patient. We've got to start somewhere. What tyrant would be your first target? Cuba? Zimbabwe? California? Venezuela? North Korea? Buts..... it is not as easy as all that. Some cultures have a history of not being able to govern themselves. Before removing a tyrant, you need to have an alternative and responsible government in the wings. We have problems with that concept right in our own country, never mind trying to form one in a country that hasn't even developed a working sewerage system.
