mish, McCulley is a firm believer in the omnipotent power of the Fed. When it continues to fall on its face, he simply thinks they need to add new arrows to their quiver instead of figuring out that arrows rarely bring down intercontinental ballistic bear markets.

They need to bring someone in who can diagnose the illness and not just merely recognize the outward symptoms. Have to think perhaps the government had this in mind when they try to push toward 100 percent home ownership. They break down resistance toward inflationary policies since virtually everyone, except the unborn, sees asset inflation in their interest.
