Within hours the NASA administration, confronted with a tragedy they had tried to avoid, took responsibility and began a public investigation of the causes and methods of prevention. What a contrast to the Bush administration who stonewall the investigation of 9/11 and try to pass blame to Clinton. Imagine if NASA was trying to blame the shuttle tragedy on John Glenn. Bush should resign in favor of NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe.
