Gary, yes, I think we are familiar with that bubble/deflation/inflation story.

There seems to be so much of it around now that I have the feeling that some guys specialize in it and turn it out like others turn out pop songs.

But I am saying, however, almost as a mantra, "Why is the Dow so strong?"

Is it just due to the plunge protection boys, buying and buying? If not them, then who? It's not Europe, not Russia, not Japan, not China, not OPEC, not Africa, not South America (is there anyone left?) --- they are all supposed to be moving into Euros. Can it be Americans? If so, things can't be all that bad. As far as I am concerned, nothing is looking good so why is the Dow not below 7000?

>It is our view that the longer we travel down this dangerous course the more rapidly the Post-Bubble America pendulum swings away from a Japanese scenario in the direction of Argentina.

>>>War, devaluation and rising oil prices equal inflation

Forget worries about deflation. Investors need to think about what to do in an era of inflation. For that is where the world economy is heading.

Gold and precious metals are the traditional safe havens in such an environment.<<<
