To be fair, you must admit that it was Europeans who ravaged the Aztecs, the Incas, and the Aleuts, and set in motion the events that led up to the nation which now recognizes sovereignty of the remaining tribes. That nation is now doing its best to rectify things, but there really is no way to do it right.

Yeah, we took the land from the Indians we invaded and defeated.

Lindy, with all due respect, this is not something we plan to do. I realize that many wish it, but there is no indication that the US government intends this. The indications are to the contrary. We have said that we may seize the oil fields to keep Saddam from destroying them, but the money will be held in trust for the Iraqi people.
