Not only do those MidEast experts agree Saddam can be contained, I also think that's the position of Iraq's neighboring countries.

There are other Iraq experts who see it otherwise.

IMO the big problem with trying to rely on containment of Saddam is that the same parties working against regime change are working just as hard against containment. If they win a victory on one front, the war, they'll just continue their efforts to breaking down containment.
