Now you can understand why Clinton or Bush might have wished Carter would be "Called Home." :>) He just did enough damage in Venezuela. I apologize for the attack I unleashed on one of my threadmates for publishing what I considered a "Scurrilous" attack on Carter. This guy is getting "Beyond the Pale." for a man in his position.
