Pete & LR,

I have found the Moneytalk OnDemand to be quite worthwhile. By not including the ads, it cuts the time by an hour and ten minutes. It is also much more convenient than using a VCR to do the time-shifting.

I too have found his advice to never sell on weakness to be a bit perplexing. The advice on the show is clearly targeted at the least sophisticated cross-section of the audience who listen sporadically and often don't always correctly hear what Bob says. So, the message has to be simple and consistent. "Never sell on weakness" is just that, and is appropriate for a lot of situations. I wish there was a way for Bob to provide a non "fully-diluted" commentary to the more sophisticated portion of his audience.

But I wouldn't think of selling at this point. The visibility going forward is pretty unclear. I think the chances of hitting nas 800 is about the same as starting the next bull right here. There are arguments that can be made both ways. I am hoping that the visibility will become clearer at the time the market changes course.

BTW. Is anyone else confused by Bob's term "reflate"? While he says that the Fed is trying to do this, I haven't heard him define what he means by it. Does this mean creating inflation?
