humble carl, "Strange that it would be logged in in this manner" I don't know why they are lumped together either but after looking at Intel proxy statements this morning I realized that Mr. Pottruck could not have acquired the stock for $1.60 or else someone would be outfitted with a striped suit soon.

Yahoo categorizes insider stock transactions by individual for each company for which that person is an insider, not by company. Scroll to the top of the list for anyone that is an insider for more than one company and you'll see how this works.
