Canada needs to go to the US figure to get the same kind of care we do. Canada let's the US do all the R&D and early market deployment work. When a new procedure, drug, machine, technology or system has been demonstrated successful in the field it, Canada starts to use it. We import the American innovations free and complain about the price. It is my impression that the US system is more bureaucratic than the Canadian system. A lot of money could be served with information technology but health care IT investment is extermly low. Totalitarian "Top Down" approach that Canada Totalitarian? It is officially 'over the top' week at FADG, glad to see everyone enjoying it. ;-) Paul
