Yes, who governs Iraq is a choice the people must make. Sadly, we took that choice from them when we installed Saddam. We have a moral obligation to give it back to them. As to cost, that is one of the arguments being used against going to war, both the financial and the human cost. I am just pointing out that that argument can work both ways. Which is hardly constituting us an outlaw nation. As usual, your hyperbole tends to reveal an unsound argument.
