Brumar--regardless of how hard Bush trumpets war, if his call is to glean any worldwide respect, it's gonna need a UN stamp of approval.

Also noteworthy, is that without the UN stamp of approval stronger becomes the likelihood that either a rogue nation or opposing Arab nations, or citizens and not their respective governments, might move to revolt in varying forms, thus destablizing not only the Middle East, but also other parts of the world.
