Comparisons are being made to 1990-1991. Unfortunately, the comparison is faulty. Bear in Investors Intelligence were 55% back then. Now they are only 26%. Folks have discounted an easy victory. That should be no surprise based on what we did to Iraq back in 1990. But a rally when the bombs drop? Well, I have heard the notion entertained in day-to-day conversations with average Joes out there. Makes one wonder <g>.
