I believe that the age and power differentials make Monica's roll in this to that of a schoolgirl who has a crush on an older teacher, "yes". I consider them analogous situations. And I consider it the responsibility of the older more powerful man to resist the temptation of a younger woman who is a subordinate. I would have the same expectations in the business world, regardless of the political affiliations of the participants.
