DD,

It sounds good coming from the man who will drill in the Whitehouse backyard if he thought he could find oil. I find it hard to believe that any new technology would need to be worked on for 20-30 years before it is ready. Who knows what we will have figured out before then. I would say if in 5 years there has not been a way to make a new technology practical it will go the way of cold fusion.
