Cosmo, maybe they're testing for liquidity. Smart money managers will wait for the refi. They will want to to have a certain degree of certainty, looking forward. Professional money managers will avoid the high risk, high reward scenario because they are smart enough to know it could also mean high risk, high failure. All it takes is one mistake to wipe out many years of profits when one uses this style of investing.

As I continue to try and mature as an investor, I am beginning to understand the need for managing risk. I understand the concept of "not" chasing returns. Even though I know RRI is going to probably gap up at the open on Monday, the degree of certainty I'm looking for isn't there yet.

I think I Watch is testing the various levels of buyer to sellers in the event the news comes out to clear the view looking forward.

CpsOmis,

What's really interesting about iWatch and your comments about RRI for the last month.

Look at CPN and MIR. Same pattern...in fact CPN looks stronger. Money coming back into the IPP's? Settlement in California?

Gotta go back and look at EP for shits and grins..
