Not stealing oil or oil money from impoverished Iraqis whose country we have conquered

I read this, and wondered how the "Noise" got in. So I followed the posts back to see. The original point got lost along the way. This series of posts was about whither or not the Iraqis should pay for their own reconstruction. I said they should, and when the point was made that, no, they could not use this money for themselves, it had to be used to pay the Euros debts, I suggested that they tell them to GTH. So I have never suggested, in this series of posts, anything that should be construed as "Stealing" their oil while they are starving.

Whither we get paid back for the cost of freeing the Iraqis will have to wait to see how much and what kind of war we have. And what the Iraqi's condition is when it is over.
