AS Kim Jong cares for his people?!! Pul-leaze I may be wrong, but I haven't heard about gassing of his people, or torturing of political prisoners etc, like Saddam does. Yes, Kim has an oversized military, and spends way too much on useless projects, and has subjected the country to the wastes of communism. But that isn't necessarily evil like Saddam. We have no real way of stopping them short of all out war. Sure we do. NK is vulnerable just like Russia and China were vulnerable, to economics, He will lose his support eventually, because of the starvation.
