Witnet to Develop Mobilick for New Security Based Handheld Computer

"Linux Based Paron Is CDL and IBM Collaboration"

Witnet International, Inc. (OTC BB: WTNT) announced today that the company will begin working on a special Linux version of Mobilick for integration within the software suite of solutions for Consumer Direct Link's ("CDL") Paron pervasive handheld device. www.cdlusa.com.

The Paron is the world's first handheld wireless device with built-in biometric user authentication, high-speed encryption chip and is designed for the high security requirements of government, police, military, financial and commercial applications.

The Paron is the result of collaboration between CDL and IBM Engineering and Technology Services Group located in Rochester, MN.

"We believe that offering Mobilick on the Linux platform is key to our product strategy," stated Mr. Mun Su Han, CEO of Witnet. "It is our belief that CDL's Paron is the new benchmark for best of breed secure pervasive wireless solutions."

The Paron combines the functions of a PDA, Bluetooth wireless access, GSM cellular telephone, and biometric fingerprint recognition, along with a security-oriented hardware/software architecture.

To date Witnet has initiated the conversion of Mobilick for Linux and have signed a Letter of Intent with CDL to produce the solution for the new Paron unit.

Mobilick, once converted to a Linux environment, will provide enablement of Paron users to access their desktop files quickly and easily in a very secure infrastructure; real time.

CDL's new Chief Executive Officer Stephen Rossetti has held positions with the United States Congress as a staff member of the House Armed Services Committee and has served in the office of the Secretary of Defense, United States Defense Department.
