Well skin you are correct. Couldn't understand why there were some unexplainable anomolies, but I do occasionally have a bad case of CRSS (can't remember shit syndrome). Anyway I did listen once again. Prechter said almost word for word: ...We are actually approaching the point of recognition in Elliott terms, which is the 3rd wave of the 3rd wave. This is the centerpoint of the decline. I think we are likely to hit that this quarter, in fact. The rally attempt we had in January was the last gasp for the bulls and we are already heading down into what could be the crash part of this bear market. ... I did not hear Prechter say the 3rd would be over this quarter, but rather I interpreted Prechter presently thinks that history will show it started this quarter. Prechter also stated he believes the blue chips are heading into their collapse period as we speak.
