Who knows... yeah, some bulish signs including the sentiment polls. But there are some bearish signs which include Trader's Committments and the odd-lot short sales figures... some favorites of mine to watch!

I will be closing my shorts at the open... do not like to trade national disasters...

HI Luc,

I hope you're right but it looks to me like we've had a bounce on Friday for both the S&P and DOW off a 61.8 fib retracement - The NAZ has relative strength - It bounced off the 50% retrace.

I'm thinking the general trend of the market may follow a bellwether:http://www.siliconinvestor.com/research/chart.gsp?lotemp=&period=120&chart1=ma&s=msft&compare=&time=day&i0=8&chart=candle&i1=6&scale=linear&i2=3&i3=4&rbv=1&wpr=0&cci=60&obv=5&dmi=10&macd2=26&macd1=6&sd=5&sk=12&mt=22&rsi=14&lr=25&bbpct=2&bbprd=10&ma1=50&ma2=200&macds=9&smaema=0

Mr Softee looks sick.Sort of like when you have the flu and finally get to the Doctor. He gives you the medicine and says stay in bed and rest for a while.

Iraq war is pivotal and leaders (blue chips are always the last to get kicked).

When the Generals fall hard - we'll be ready to crank back up.
