Dominatrix Whips People Into Shape With `Slavercise'

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- Having trouble whipping yourself into shape? A dominatrix in New York claims a fitness program called "Slavercise" is the answer.
Mistress Victoria says whipping her clients into shape is a lot easier when you use a real riding crop and a few other terribly torturous fitness methods.

For instance, she makes slaves do push-ups over a candle or practice yoga while bound and gagged, but says "the best exercise for slaves is Fetch -- especially when they're on all fours.

The Mistress is a certified fitness trainer but believes the dominatrix get-up and stiletto heels motivates clients better than "somebody dressed like Jane Fonda."

Also, she says people are more motivated to do exercises properly if they're spanked or forced to lick her feet.

And she may be on to something. "Men's Journal" magazine reports that fitness programs for bondage buffs are muscling their way into trendy cities like New York and Miami.
