Bush claims it's to limit forest fires, but that's just camouflage. This is typical of a Bush lie. It's usually what he doesn't tell you that's the real lie. I don't suppose you ever stopped to check and see what forestry management people think about it? Didn't think so. My guess as to why Lay is not in jail is that he's blackmailing the White House. Who gives a crap what YOUR guess is? Your guess is totally colored with YOUR politics. How about some FACTS for a change?

You claim that Bush lies about a dozen times in this post, but I think it is you that is lying. To prove your point, please explain your charge that "they are moving to cut down old-growth Sequoias in California thanks to Bush's policy" Please list the place where these old growth trees will be cut down, and how Bush's healthy forest initiative (which is desparately needed imo) will allow it to happen. Per your charge, they are obviously trees that would not be able to be cut down without the healthy forest initiative. Remember, you said you need to be smart to argue effectively. Lots a accusations in your post. Let's see you back it up. Otherwise it is you who is lying.
