Another reason chtr is such a gamble to own the stock (or debt for that matter) is valuation.

While this may not be truely comparing apples to apples its close the this deal values subscribers @ $1,656 / subscriber (assuming there is no debt assumption article doesnt' say) and by my last count chtr's debt equals around 3,000 per subscriber. Now imagine you generate $45 / month per subscriber or $540 / year. The value is 3 times revenue not chrts 6 times.
