Well, that's certainly one... and dietary changes as well as links to stress and/or lifestyle changes. All anecdotal and unscientific as far as I know... but I can't imagine there aren't studies around at this point. Still, one needs only to look at the time period and then other areas of the world where traditional eating and lifestyle patterns remain to see the folly of trying to invent a pill to counteract what has happend vs behavioural steps IMO. One of those examples of wisdom being more important than intellect?
