my girlfriend cooked in Charlie Trotters Chicago kitchen a few weeks ago - she said the devotion of the chefs was amazing, 12 hour plus days - we wondered what they get paid - the food, the quality and the prep amazing

also, Mrs Trotter took them down to the wine cellar, the most extensive in the country - a 20k bottle of wine [I think it must have been a pedastal]

your dinner reminded me of Charlies place
