I did not suggest that their were criminal proceedings. I did not suggest that there was an actual disease called "ethical disability" (one is not fined for diseases, in any case). As I said, I took "ethical disability" to be equivalent to "ethical lapse", and the fine to be imposed by the regulators for conflict of interest. I took miscellaneous sources, some of which were respectable newspapers, merely to show the ubiquity of the reference to "ethical disability". You merely reiterate mistakes, which makes me conclude you are full of it......
