Reminds me of the news of the earthquake here in Olympia, the family called. Or 911 my wifes mother called to see if we where OK when she heard a plane crashed/headed into Washington. That was DC, not the state mom - relax.

I think it always sounds worse than it is when you are too far from the action. I have friends in Mex. City and thought they were done for when the latest quake hit that city a couple of weeks ago. The news and pics sounded and looked so bad, I was convinced that they were in trouble when I called and didn't get an answer. In reality, they decided to hit the only German bar [they're German] in Mex.City......its in a one story building! <g>
