I don't think those are my words you quoted, unless they are very old.

However the judge summarily dismissed the Jones case. The judge said that even if everything Jones had alleged was true, she still had no case because she had not demonstrated any damages.

That's why Clinton's testimony was immaterial, and not perjury. He certainly lied under oath.
