Well SOX is usually the leading indicator for tech. At least it has been in the past. SOX Breaking the 280 level can't be that encouraging to the bulls. I think we do get a
decent low this year but from much lower levels and most of
the media would be bearish and John Q public would have
finally liquidated their 401 Ks.
