H-Quotient Secures $5 Million in Contracts

January 30, 2003 09:23:00 (ET)

VIENNA, Va., Jan 30, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- H-Quotient, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: HQNT), through its financing and distribution divisions, has secured a series of multi-year contracts with companies in North America and Asia and is negotiating to expand in those and other regions. The total package will exceed $5 million.

Sales for 2003 are projected to be in excess of $14 million. This compares with sales for the nine months ending September 2002 of approximately $1.9 million. Year-end sales will be announced in March.

President and CEO Douglas A. Cohn said, "This and subsequent contract announcements will confirm the company's continued expansion and growth. The base for this growth was created by our near-elimination of debt, our addition of key people, our development of innovative products and our acquisition strategy. Clearly, we are on track to meet or exceed 2003 projected earnings of $.40 per share."

For competitive and security reasons, customer identities are not disclosed. This announcement may contain, in addition to historical information, certain forward-looking statements that involve risks and uncertainties. Such statements reflect management's current views and are based on certain assumptions. Actual results could differ materially from the assumptions currently anticipated.
